Detailed Policy Breakdown

Our interactive tools—including the Incident Logger, T.R.O. Generator, and Risk Assessment—utilize client-side code (JavaScript). This means information you type into forms stays physically on your device’s memory. It is never transmitted to our servers. Once you close the browser tab, that data ceases to exist.

The only time Stalking.org collects personal information is when you voluntarily choose to donate. We use Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

  • Required: Name, Email, Amount (for IRS tax receipts).
  • Excluded: We do not see or store your full credit card number.
  • Usage: This data is strictly for financial compliance and is never cross-referenced with website usage.

Our “Social Media Defense Center” and other resources may link to external websites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Spokeo). Once you click these links, you are subject to the privacy policies of those respective platforms. We encourage you to use a secure browser or VPN when navigating away from Stalking.org.

If you email us for support, your email address will be visible to our staff. We generally delete support emails after the issue is resolved to minimize risk. We will never add your support email to a marketing list without your explicit consent.
